A community project hosted at Northeastern University

Our Stories, Our Strength, Our Marathon

We have a new and improved project web site!

Visit Our Marathon's new home at the Northeastern University library:

https://marathon.library.northeastern.edu/

This site will remain open while we complete the project migration, but we encourage visitors to explore our new and improved digital home!

Our Marathon is a crowd-sourced, digital archive of pictures, videos, stories, and social media related to the Boston Marathon bombing.

We believe that sharing stories from survivors, families, witnesses, visitors to the city, and everyone around the world touched by the event will speed the healing process. This is the place to share those images, emotions, and experiences to help us understand the bombing and its aftermath.

WE ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTING NEW CONTRIBUTIONS. Thanks to all who shared stories and materials with us!
